Woman Rights description

Everyone knows that the Constitution has given women equal rights to men. Article 14 of the Indian Constitution states that both men and women are equal in law before the law. Under Article 15, women have the right to justice against discrimination. In addition to the rights granted by the Constitution, laws have been made to protect the identity and honor of women from time to time, but are women able to knock at the door of the court against the injustice done to them?

In the absence of literacy and awareness, women can not raise voice against injustice against themselves. This is probably the truth too. The percentage of literate women in India is around 54 and in villages it is even less. Those who are literate on the third should be aware, this is also not necessary. In old rituals, only women accept injustice and tyranny as their destiny, and hence take less interest in legal matters.

Our judicial process is so complex, long and costly that the common man wants to avoid this. If a woman comes with courage to come forward for legal action, then in a few days the complexity of the legal process ends her excitement. If you go to the fold then you are also seen in our social structure because of this problem. Females are less scared of their physical exploitation than men and women. In cases related to property, women think emotionally.

They want to avoid going against their family members, therefore they do not claim for their rights. But know one thing that who does not help himself, does not even help God, ie, to get rid of injustice and tyranny, women themselves have to come forward. They have to raise voice against this tyranny, injustice.
