Hive Academy description

The Hive Academy is an online platform (web and mobile application) that extends the already existing Training infrastructure and services of Kumasi Hive online with the intention of making the aforementioned infrastructure and services ubiquitous in reaching more users in a more convenient and self-paced way.
Training at the Hive over the years have been in demand but not everyone had the time to be physically present to participate. People outside the region with great interest in our sessions also have difficulty accessing our training resources. And even after training, some students also require access to some content like resources and community to keep them updated with the current trends. The Hive Academy Platform provides a self-paced training for students with community and forums to address issues they face during the learning process.


Objectives of Hive Academy
The objectives for creating the Hive Academy includes but are not limited to:
● Extending training and services online to foster self-paced learning and increase accessibility to training programs run at Kumasi Hive.
● Eventually serve as the go-to repository for online courses in Ghana.
● Providing local creators with a platform for hosting and managing their training courses.
● Serve as a backup repository for training materials for in-person training programs at Kumasi Hive.
