Tabata - Coach Me description

TABATA training is an extreme and intense method of interval training (HIIT).

Tabata lasts only 4 minutes and can do much more for your health and fitness than 1 hour of cardio.

The principle of the Tabata method consists of 20 seconds of intensive exercise, followed by 10 seconds of recovery. You must repeat this cycle 8 times to get a total of 4 minutes training.

With the Coach Me - Tabata application, you have access to a fully adjustable tabata timer (working time and recovery time). You will be able to make your own Tabata.

You also have access to exercises to do for Tabata, fully illustrated and explained. The exercises are separated into different categories.

So you have the choice to work:
- Tabata for the whole body (Tabata fullbody)
- Tabata for shoulders and trapezes
- Tabata for the arms
- Tabata for abs (abdominal) and trunk
- Tabata for the hips
- Tabata for the legs
