Zest Wellness description

The Zest app let users participate in the Zest worksite wellness program. When you participate in the Zest wellness program you will learn how to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors so you can live a long, high quality life.

To use this app, your employer must be a current Zest customer. With the app you can enter reward activities, complete the personal health assessment, and participate in behavior change campaigns. You can participate in team-based fitness challenges and even sync your wearable device.
