Work Request Tool Offline description

WRT offline is a simpler, more user-friendly interface to SAP to raise Work Requests (Z1 notifications) in the absence of network.
Any SAP User (SAP Plant Maintenance Professional or Light License) with a Shell GI-D User Account with the appropriate SAP role assignment + FAAS User Registration + Hana Cloud Platform (HCP) Account would be able to use the application.
Offline mobile apps are best when mobile users will have minimal to no network connectivity, are using devices that do not support network connectivity (based on device or workplace restrictions), or will need a consistent and responsive user experience.
