WomenWorks App will help women to define their career aspirations and connect with their potential growth partners. With our matching algorithm, our users will be exposed to other amazing women with the same background, interests and goals.

Get introduced and chat 1:1 with relevant people for your professional growth (i.e. your next Co-Founder/ Project Partner, Mentor, Team member, or simply someone who have your same interests in mind). We will do the work to match you with people who are relevant for your professional growth. Let us know your goals and we’ll match you with other badass ladies. Key features in WomenWorks first launch is to record the user's career experience and goals, apply matching algorithms to give relevant matches for each user, and allow users to connect to each other through 1:1 mentorships and communal events. For women in early stage careers, we will connect women to the more experienced women for mentorships to support their goals, also to other women with the same background to be their growth partners and support each other in achieving their goals. For more experienced women, we will allow them to become mentors to share their expertise in the form of mentorships and webinars, to also help them monetize their knowledge in the form of sharing to other aspiring women.
