The Weston Diet app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Weston Medical Health & Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Weston Medical Health & Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with Weston Medical Health & Wellness. Communicate with our staff in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages, and even check in for Virtual Clinic telemedicine visits.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Weston Medical Health & Wellness patients and you can't use the app unless you're already a patient under our care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Weston Medical Health & Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where we can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
