* Record weight in Pounds, Stones or Kilograms, and convert all values instantly.

* See a Graph/Chart of the changes to your Weight over time, including a 'best fit' trend line.

* Track your BMI

* Setup your Diet plan and record your progress, and see how you are doing over time
