W8buddy (body recomposition tracker) description

This app does not require any online-accounts or sign-ups and it stores all data offline on the device, not in the cloud. (cloud free, no-cloud).

W8buddy is the ultimate weight tracker for weight loss, fat loss and body recomposition (recomp) with special composition charts.

This app is geared towards users of body fat scales, such as Withings, Omron, Renpho, Inbody etc. Of course you can also only track your weight, but you won't be able to appreciate many features.

Keep your body composition in check: Track not only weight but also body fat, muscle mass and visceral fat (all optional)

These values can be recorded and tracked (multiple profiles are possible!):
* Total Weight
* Body Fat
* Muscle Mass
* Visceral Fat Score (Belly Fat)
* BMI (calculated)

Don't just track your weight but more importantly track your body, muscle mass and visceral fat (all optional) and calculate your BMI.

From percentage values (body fat percentage in %) the app automatically calculates the absolute values (body fat in lb / st / kg) so that you can track what really matters despite the natural fluctuations.

Use the optional 5-day-smoothing to get an even better understanding of your progress by smoothing out single day outliers and measurement errors.

Analyze your progress and change in body composition with specialized charts that actually make use of the information instead of just showing the measurements independently like many other apps do.

Stay motivated by using your long-term values to automatically see, when you last had this body composition prior to your current effort period.

Set goals, analyze your progress and see what your average change is, last 7 days, last 30 days and get a projection of when you will reach your goals approximately.

Let the assistant help you to set realistic and good goals with respect to weight loss and body fat reduction.

Of course you can export all your data to CSV even in the free version and also import CSVs to the app.

Set up multiple profiles to keep track of multiple scales (home, fitness studio) or multiple persons.
