VAMOSYS DRS DRIVER description

This app is for Drivers. And it works in conjunction with FleetOS app. If you are a transporter or truck owner, please download FleetOS App to create trips and manage drivers.

This is an innovative, universal app which helps the driver to update the trip status, raise expenses and adhere to instructions provided by fleet owners.

The beauty of the app is, there are no words used to direct the inputs from the users. Instead of everything conveyed by the images and driver can play with this app as though they are playing a card game. Only words used are location and driver name, even those words are multilingual and it will be displayed in the language entered by the Fleet Owner/Manager in the FleetOS app.

The main features of this app are

Dashboard
1. Start Location (loading point) and End Location (unloading point)
2. Google maps for direction (click on the map icon to start google maps)
3. Contact person at the destination (click on the phone icon to make call)

Mileage:
1. Expect Mileage.
2. Current Mileage.

Speed Limit :
1. Max Speed Limit
2. Max speed violations counts

Fuel
1. Last Fuel Fill quantity
2. Current Fuel level

Critical Instructions
1. Do not drive during odd hours. Stop the vehicle.
2. Fragile goods, Driver slowly with caution.

Status :
1. Reached Loading point
2. Loading started
3. Loading completed
4. Reached Unloading point
5. Unloading started
6. Unloading completed
7. Any other issues like loading rejected, goods damaged etc.

Expenses
1. Fuel requirement
2. Loading & unloading charges
3. Toll charges
4. Service (maintenance) charges
5. Goods damaged charges
6. Parking charges
7.Any other expenses

Response from Fleet Manager (approval or rejection)

Driver can upload POD, receipts for all expenses via this app. It will be reflected in FleetOS app under expense tab.
