VLC Member Libraries App description

The Valley Library Consortium (VLC) is a consortium of public, academic, school, and special libraries located in Mid to Northern Michigan. You can access your library from any Android device. Manage your account, search the catalog, renew and place holds on books, and more. The app will be customized to the library your card is associated with once you log in for the first time.

This app is for you if you are a patron of the following libraries: Bay County Library System, Caro Area District Library, Community District Library, Gladwin County District Library, Iosco-Arenac District Library, Lapeer District Library, Otsego County Library, Public Libraries of Saginaw, River Rapids District Library, or St. Charles District Library.
