The official U.S. Marine Corps Squad Bay app challenges aspiring Marines to track fitness progress and learn about the Marine Corps and the demanding and transformative process of Recruit Training or Officer Candidates School. New users can access the Squad Bay app to:

- Gauge your physical fitness by taking the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT)



Aspiring Marines in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) can use Squad Bay to:

- Count down the days to your ship date
