Leverage the power of your Android™ smartphone or tablet by turning it into an amazing handheld controller for your URC® Total Control® or ccGEN2™ home automation system. Right from your mobile device you can control things such as music, video, lights, security systems and more in new and easier ways. Swipe, tap and rotate your way to securely control your equipment with this cool app!

Aided by dazzling, intuitive graphical interfaces that can easily flip between portrait and landscape views, you can do everything from setting a DVR and navigating favorite channels to controlling music and automation. While at the office or even away on vacation you can now turn on lights, adjust temperature and more.

Plus, thanks to this app’s Shortcuts, Now Playing and Now Playing+ widgets, you can access information about your home automation system directly from your phone or tablet’s home screen - at a glance. These let you instantly see important things about your home system without even opening the app. For example, the Now Playing+ widget will show you what music is playing in a specific room. You can then choose to turn volume up or down from your Android device.

URC® Mobile enables control of your A/V products via a Wi-Fi connection over the local area network (LAN) that is host to the connected, required URC Central Controller or Processor (see specifics below).

NOTE: A URC Total Control or ccGEN2 system with a connected MRX-Series Advanced Network Controller or a ccGEN2 CP Processor is required to access the features above. Unlimited Android devices can be setup in one system. Contact an authorized URC integration professional for programming and setup to have the app look and perform just the way you want.
