TitleCapture is a simple but very effective tool that allows everyone see the specific title, closing and recording fees for a particular transaction for the buyer and seller. The Seller Net Sheet tool is one of the most detailed in the industry allowing the sellers to really see what they will net prior to the transaction closing.

Additionally, TitleCapture is designed to help Lenders key in the appropriate title costs as well as recording fee amounts into their Loan Estimates, the TRID-friendly Loan Estimate Quote tool is something Lenders will need daily. Additionally the Buyer Estimate tool is created specifically for the lender to allow them to issue a "preliminary written estimate", before being required to put out an official TRID Loan Estimate.

Along with TitleCapture, the Tucker Services app enables you to calculate an estimated payment for your mortgage. Enter your purchase price, down payment, loan term, and annual interest rate to see your estimated payments. You can also enter your annual property tax and annual homeowners insurance for an even more detailed estimated payment.

You can also find what the latest mortgage rates within Tucker Services. The mortgage rates available are FHA Fixed 30, VA Fixed 30, Conventional Fixed 30, Conventional Fixed 15, 7/1 ARM, 5/1 ARM, 30 Year Fixed (Jumbo), and 5/1 ARM (Jumbo).
