About this product

Training Feel is an app that allows you to monitor the training load RPE

Training Feel - Wellness and R description

To begin, athletes must complete a wellness questionnaire prior to the start of the session.
Once finished, each athlete must indicate the subjective effort value of that training session, using a scale with references.
With this data, added to the duration of each session, Training Feel automatically calculates the A-C Ratio through the session-RPE method.
