Tinnitus Peace description

Unlike rest of the apps out there claiming to manage tinnitus, Tinnitus Peace was developed by a tinnitus sufferer for tinnitus sufferers!
The melodies that come with this app aim to match the frequency of your tinnitus and minimize its effects.

So if your tinnitus:
-doesn't let you sleep
-doesn't let you concentrate while studying
-causes anxiety when you are in a quiet place
-frustrates you every second of the day

then Tinnitus Peace will be perfect for you.

Follow these instructions for maximum relief:
- Plug in earphones.
- Activate sound in only the tinnitus affected ear. Choose from the L/R/Both buttons.
- Adjust volume to the point where the effect of tinnitus is cancelled out or minimized
(You are advised to adjust the volume to the point where you stop thinking about your tinnitus).
- Keep volume at a moderate level so you don't have to unplug your earphones while in a conversation.
- If you use Tinnitus Peace before sleeping, set the timer so the melodies stop after a certain duration (if you take 30 minutes to sleep, set the timer for 30 minutes).

Tinnitus has no cure. Fortunately, with Tinnitus Peace, its effects can be minimized.
