The Magic Bubbles description

Match 2 or more ballons with the same icon. Every match increases your score, and larger matches provide
additional score value. The Goal value indicates the number of balloons you must best in order to proceed
to the next level. Additional balloons popped over and above the goal value increases the score bonus at the
end of the round. Furthermore, busting all balloons on a level results in a perfect round, futher increasing the
end-of-level bonus! Once no matches are available on the game board, the round is over and the goal value is checked
to determine advancement.

As each level advances, the game becomes slightly more difficult as a new gameboard piece is added.
