TechAssistant description

With the TechAssistant app you have mobile access to the most important service information on the RATIONAL appliances SelfCookingCenter®, CombiMaster® Plus and VarioCookingCenter®.
To log in to the TechAssistant App you can use the access data for the RATIONAL business customer portal.
In the TechAssistant app you will find the following functions on the home screen.
Documentation
Here you will find the most important documents about the SelfCookingCenter®, CombiMaster® Plus and VarioCookingCenter®. These are training manuals, installation instructions, technical information, conversion instructions and technical videos.

Identify the unit
Here you can obtain device-specific information, such as circuit diagram and service parts. For the unit-specific information, you must enter the last seven digits of the unit's serial number.
Service reference
Here you will find an overview of messages and information about the SelfCookingCenter®, CombiMaster® Plus and VarioCookingCenter® appliances.
These functions can also be accessed via the Hamburg menu.
News
Here you will find news about updated technical information.
