Team BodyFit description

The Team BodyFit App will be used to deliver our kickstart and personal training programmes alongside your sessions.

The app will notify you of any tasks and challenges that need to be completed as part of your programme. You will also find nutrition plans, recipes and educational documentation to help you achieve your goals.
