Tarif Baru STNK dan BPKB 2017 description

Terhitung mulai 6 Januari 2017, diterapkan regulasi baru Pendapatan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) yang berlaku pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Dengan aturan baru tersebut, terdapat kenaikan tarif untuk sejumlah biaya pengurusan administrasi kendaraan , seperti BPKB, STNK dan TNKB.

Pemberlakuan regulasi ini sejalan dengan ditandatanganinya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 60 Tahun 2016 tentang Jenis dan Tarif atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) yang berlaku pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia oleh Presiden RI pada 2 Desember 2016, sebagai pembaruan dari PP Nomor 50 Tahun 2010 yang berlaku sebelumnya. Effective as of January 6, 2017, applied new regulations Non-Tax Revenue (non-tax) applicable at the Indonesian National Police. Under the new regulation, there is a rate increase for a number of administrative management costs of vehicles, such as BPKB, vehicle registration and TNKB.

Enforcement of these regulations in line with the signing of Government Regulation No. 60 Year 2016 regarding Type and Tariff on Non-Tax Revenues (non-tax) applicable at the Indonesian National Police by the President on December 2, 2016, as an update of Regulation No. 50 Year 2010 applicable previous.
