The TadBeer application revolutionizes the process of searching for the domestic workers in the services industry. The TadBeer centers can be found using an internal map. The criteria for search include but is not limited to packages, occupation, nationality, age, gender, experience, languages, etc .

The communication and payment models are built in such a way that allows smooth and transparent delivery of the services. Both the workers and the employers are able to submit complaints and reviews .

There is also a library of Guidance materials targeting workers provided by Domestic Workers section in the MoHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation). Those materials provide an easy access to resources that guarantee the full understanding of rights and duties of each party.
