We believe that fitness is an inexhaustible source of joy and positive. Therefore, in order to teach people to experience happiness from running, we have developed this system of training. This program is designed to create a positive motivation for running.

This is a completely new approach to running. The application evaluates your level of dopamine - the "joy hormone" - which is formed during exercise. To form a habit, it does not matter how much and how fast you run. It matters how much dopamine you have. SynRun will tell you when dopamine level is sufficient.
