Swami Vivekananda was born on 12 January, 1863. He introduced Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the Western World. He was a disciple of saint Ramakrishna. Vivekananda was the founder of the Ramakrishna Mission. He is known for his inspiring speech at the Parliament of the World's Religions in Chicago in year 1893.
