Speak2Me description

Now your Android can speak! Type any text into your phone and then listen as it says it out loud. It uses the internal TTS (Text To Speech) Engine. It supports the following languages with the appropriate TTS data installed: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. You can also save your favorite phrases for playback later.

Be Sure to have TTS data installed. If you don't you will not be able to select any languages.
