SMS One Turn description

One Turn is an application utilized by SMS Assist’s network of contractors to help manage inspection work orders and streamline the onsite inspection process for turns and rehabs. The app simplifies the turn process and enables technicians to record line item details of the inspection through notes, pictures and videos. One Turn improves the workflow process for both field technicians and administrators in the following ways:

• Drawing functionality on pictures allows users to highlight specific issues
• Voice-enabled note-taking feature equips contractors with the ability to quickly record messages.
• Offline inspection capabilities to eliminate the need for cell signal onsite
