SmartAPN (3G off/MMS on) description

Block 3G data connection while enabling MMS receiving.
Tested on Galaxy S.
This app may not work on Ice Cream Sandwich(ICS)

How to use:
- Enable data access over mobile network in android settings.
- In SmartAPN widget or app, gray button is '3G off', green button is '3G on'.

*** Turn 3G on before you delete this app.
