Smart Desk Reservation v2 (SDR) description

Smart Desk Reservation (SDR) application will
facilitate Indosat employees in doing reservation
work desk online. The mechanism of the SDR is
first in first serve and beside that this application
will manage the use of work desk and facilitate
business process for reservation work desk.
