MAXConnect is a workforce communications app that connects associates of Sitel Group®. With the MAXConnect app, associates have access to MAXConnect and MAXConnect Communities anytime, anywhere. Associates will find personalized, localized and global internal communications as well as corporate documents and information. MAXConnect Communities, the space to build stronger relationships and meaningful connections with one another at Sitel Group, is also available via the app.

- Process & Knowledge Resources
- Help Guides for Working With and Using Sitel Group Tools & Applications
- MAXConnect Communities, a Collaboration Space
- Chatbots for Support with IT, HR, Payroll or Submitting an Idea
- IEX Scheduling Features (Varies by Location)
