Your shoulders consists of 3 different areas. They consist of the front, side, and rear deltoid. When all 3 areas are built up together there is less chance of injury and it looks physically appealing. Function of the shoulders are to assist in pulling, pushing, and lifting.

These apps were created as a simple tool for men and women to view and get ideas about different exercises they can perform specifically for their triceps, biceps and shoulder muscles!
