Shell TapUp. Nu beschikbaar in geselecteerde gebieden in Rotterdam.

Shell TapUp tankt je auto vol
Via de app bestel je eenvoudig een volle tank. Kies de locatie van je auto en een tijdstip tussen 13:00 en 20:00 uur.

Je auto in veilige handen
Laat het brandstofklepje op een kier voordat je de auto afsluit. Zo kunnen wij bij de vulopening. Wij sluiten de klep veilig af zodra je tank is gevuld.

Je hoofd en je handen vrij
Wij werken veilig en geruisloos. Jij kan genieten van je dag.

Veilig achteraf betalen
De literprijs stellen we vast op basis van de gemiddelde prijs van benzine en diesel van alle tankstations in het servicegebied. Voor de service betaal je een service fee van € 3,95

Waar kan je gebruik maken van de service van Shell TapUp?
Op dit moment draaien wij een pilot in de volgende gebieden en postcodes in Rotterdam:
• Overschie (Postcodes 3042 en 3043)
• Park Zestienhoven (Postcode 3045)
• Hillegersberg Zuid (Postcode 3051)
• Nieuw Terbregge (Postcode 3056)
• De Van Nellefabriek

Op sommige locaties in ons servicegebied leveren wij geen brandstof. Bijvoorbeeld in overdekte parkeergarages of op wegen met een tram of metrolijn.

Welke services biedt Shell TapUp aan?
Momenteel kan je via de app een volle tank Shell FuelSave Euro 95 en Shell FuelSave Diesel bestellen. Wij werken hard om onze brandstoffen en diensten verder uit te breiden.

Hoe werkt het:
- Open de app en laat ons de locatie van je auto weten en wanneer jij een volle tank geleverd wilt krijgen.
- Aan de hand van je kenteken kunnen wij je auto altijd vinden en weten we welke brandstof je gebruikt. Deze gegevens halen wij uit de publieke database van de Rijksdienst voor het Wegverkeer.
- In de app kan je zelf de locatie van je auto aangeven en een tijdsvak kiezen.
- Na het bevestigen van de bestelling kan je de status van je bestelling volgen in de app.
- Ons TapUp team tank je auto veilig af op locatie.
- De totale kosten bestaan uit de brandstofprijs en een service fee.
- Voeg je creditcardgegevens toe of indien je liever via automatische incasso betaalt, je bankrekeningnummer. De betaling vindt veilig plaats in de app na afloop van de bestelling.
- Na de bestelling kan je de service beoordelen in de app. We sturen de bon op per e-mail.

Shell TapUp refuel your car full
Through the app, you simply order a full tank. Choose the location of your car and some time between 13:00 and 20:00.

Your car is in safe hands

Safe postpay

We are currently running a pilot project in the following areas and zip codes in Rotterdam:

• New Terbregge (Postcode 3056)
• The Van Nelle Factory

In some locations in our service area, we do not supply fuel. For example, in indoor car parks, or on roads with a tram and metro line.

What services Shell TapUp offer?
Currently you can order a full tank of Shell Fuel Save Euro 95 and Shell Fuel Save Diesel through the app. We are working hard to further expand our fuels and services.

How does it work:
- Open the app and let us know the location of your car and when you want to get it delivered a full tank.
- To we can always find your car using your badge and we know what fuel you use. This information we get from the public database of the highway traffic.
- The app itself can indicate the location of your car and choose a time segment.
- After confirming the order you can track the status of your order in the app.
- Our team TapUp tank your car safely off the field.
- Total costs consist of fuel and a service fee.
- Add your credit card information, or if you prefer to pay by direct debit, your account number. Payment is secure place in the app after the order.
- After ordering, you can evaluate the service in the app. We will send the voucher by e-mail.
