Shell IPMS description

iPMS is the one-stop shop for the Shell’s Project Management Framework (PMF) and other key project delivery resources. The purpose of the PMF is to enable the safe delivery of credible, competitive and affordable capital projects. The PMF focuses on project outcomes and the mitigation of risks. It is designed to empower opportunity and project teams to decide on how to achieve the desired outcomes within clearly defined boundaries.
