Shab e Qadar Ki Taiyon description

We will be discussing difference of opinion in the specification of this night. Some scholars have the opinion that this night comes in 27th of Ramadan, some says that it can come in any night of the year and some of them insist that it comes in any night of the month of Ramadan.
