Rata is a character created by me, Ricardo Adrián Lozoya. It exists on youtube on the channel https://www.youtube.com/user/MrDonMakila

RataChat is an application created by a software company called Devadler, I hire them, and therefore they have my permission for the use of the Niño Rata character.
