Rain Master® ProMax™ Connect description

ProMax Connect is a cloud-based maintenance remote app that allows users to operate stations and programs. With a simple and user-friendly interface, troubleshooting field issues can be performed with ease from your mobile device.

Note:
This app is only compatible with Rain Master DX3 Series controllers that are connected to the Rain Master Cloud Connect server. Downstream satellites will not function with this app unless they been independently set up to use Cloud Connect. Once the ProMax Connect app has been downloaded, please call Rain Master Technical Support at 800-777-1477 to set up login credentials. Please have your organization’s Cloud Connect ID and password ready when you call.
