Public Procurement Act 2006
Government funding means legislation to ensure transparency and accountability in the purchase of a product, function or service, and to set forth relevant matters, including determining the procedure to be followed to ensure equitable and free competition for all persons wishing to participate in such purchase

Public Procurement Rules
The Government has the power to confer on section 5 of the Public Procurement Act, 27 (Act 26 of 27) pursuant to S R, and No.25-Act / 25 on January 3, 25 / 26th, "Public Procurement Rules, 2008". Has enacted rules
