To pop enemies, you have to inflate them first. You can inflate each part of your balloon enemies. Legs to slow them down, hands so they can't use any weapons, their torso or head - it's your call. Your enemies will start to funny wobble and jiggle. If you shoot a limb 2 times, the stickman starts to fly off into the air. By shooting that limb a third time, it pops. If you shoot a torso or a head 3 times, your enemy is defeated! Simple as that!
