Pilates Reformer by Sarah established in 2022 offers small group classes for women that provide a full body workout which focuses on balance, strength, alignment, muscle tone, core strength and flexibility. With a main focus on strengthening and stabilising your core.

We are based in Guildford, NSW just over 30 minutes from Sydney CBD and we have child minding services available.

Pilates Reformer is suitable for beginners to advanced participants, so everyone is welcome here.
