Aplicativo oficial do PGBR2015 - 6a Conferência Brasileira de PostgreSQL.

A Conferência Brasileira de PostgreSQL, denominada PGBR, é o principal evento organizado pela Comunidade Brasileira de PostgreSQL. Trata-se de um acontecimento que reúne desenvolvedores, usuários e pesquisadores da tecnologia de banco de dados livre e de código aberto PostgreSQL.

A conferência PGBR caracteriza-se por oferecer aos participantes uma vasta programação, que inclui palestras de alto nível técnico, ministradas por palestrantes reconhecidos nacional e internacionalmente. Atividades especiais como tutoriais, Hacker Talks (discussões técnicas destinadas a fomentar o desenvolvimento do PostgreSQL), Lightning Talks (seção de apresentações curtas, de no máximo cinco minutos), e painéis acadêmicos.

O evento será dividido em duas partes:

1) Tutoriais (dia 18/11) onde teremos um tutorial na parte da manhã sobre Postgis e a tarde sobre Full-Text Search no PostgreSQL ministrado pelos autores desta funcionalidade.

2) Palestras (dias 19 e 20/11), onde teremos 3 (três) trilhas. Cada trilha na agenda do evento é realizada em um auditório/sala e tem um dia inteiro de palestras.

Official application PGBR2015 - 6th Brazilian Conference of PostgreSQL.

The Brazilian Conference of PostgreSQL called PGBR, it is the main event organized by the Brazilian Community of PostgreSQL. It is an event that brings together developers, users and researchers of free database of technology and PostgreSQL open source.

The PGBR conference is characterized by offer participants a wide programming, including high-level technical talks, taught by nationally and internationally recognized speakers. Special activities such as tutorials, Hacker Talks (technical discussions aimed at fostering the development of PostgreSQL), Lightning Talks (short section of presentations, of no more than five minutes), and academic panels.

The event will be divided into two parts:

1) Tutorials (18/11 day) where we will have a tutorial in the morning on Postgis and later on Full-Text Search in PostgreSQL given by the authors of this feature.

2) Lectures (19 and 20/11), where we will have three (3) tracks. Each track on the event's agenda is carried out in an auditorium / room and has a full day of lectures.
