Patients' Memory - AMTS, GPCOG, 6-CIT description

Patients' Memory App is designed to screen for dementia and delirium using AMTS (abbreviated mental test score), GPCOG and the 6-CIT questionnaires.

I created this App to allow instant access to these questionnaire whilst at the patients' bedside - at clinic, home or the hospital environment.
