OPEX elearning description

OpEx is a learning and skill development platform for all Aditya Birla Group employees and is aimed at building competency for sustainable implementation of Operational Excellence practices and tools in the Aditya Birla Group. Through OpEx we hope to improve customer satisfaction and supporting business sustainability through a safe and healthy work environment.

A set of key domains which encompass the core set of knowledge and skills required to perform your job efficiently. These will help you choose the right training program for your role.

Learning Levels
Each Learning Domain comprises of various Learning Levels to determine the extent of the domain required to perform the job successfully depending on your role.

Target Segment of Employees
Each course has been created for a specific segment of the organisational hierarchy.

Methodology
The training methodology will comprise of e-Learning modules, classroom delivery, as well as onsite training.
