Older Adult Community Classes description

GetSetUp has over 500 online classes and events offered each week that will give you a safe, fun and welcoming way to interact with your peers and discover new passions and purposes. Take classes around the clock and from around the world on everything from technology, health and fitness, photography, travel, cooking as well as interest-based social groups led by our own community members. Classes are taught by older adults and kept small to ensure everyone can actively participate.

The GetSetUp platform helps older adults enjoy more fulfilling, independent and socially connected lives through learning and provides a community where people find meaning and purpose by helping each other and forming new connections.

All classes and events are FREE through our partnership with community and government organizations and medicare insurance providers who support older adults in taking free classes.

App Features:
- Take live classes together with peers and learn, laugh and participate together
- Schedule, book and join classes and events directly from the GetSetUp app. Join a class in progress, or register for a class at a time when it's best for you
- Access class notes and class recordings in the app library
- Favorite your most liked classes and invite your friends to join classes with you
