Office Pause description

Office Pause is an app that helps you be more productive in the office.
A lot of scientists speak about the elastic mind and elastic thinking. So with that in mind, we decided to make an app that helps you rest your conscious mind and let your unconscious mind do the work for you.
Office Pause reminds you to take a quick brake and get the blood in your body going.
It has some default exercise sets, but you can also make your own, by choosing which exercises you want to do, and for how long you want to do them. We recommend this app for when you are stuck at a problem.
Just take a brief pause, move your body a little and the solution to your problem just comes to you out of nowhere.
