Odyssee Field Service description

Manage your service orders digitally from start till the customer's signature and invoice the same day. Odyssee Field Service is a full option field service app that works on all devices and in offline modus as to guarantee an excellent service to your customers.

Planned work orders are listed on the app of the technician in real time so he knows where to go and what to do. Technicians can complete jobs by adding working hours and used parts, filling in service reports and getting the signature of the customer. Everything is automatically synched back to the Odyssee Field Service portal and can be invoiced the same day!
