Neuschwanstein Castle Escape description

James as a part of the German castle tour visited the Neuschwanstein Castle. His touring party left him in the middle of the site seeing. He was left alone and trapped inside the castle. There are some clues, hints and puzzles left out. Find the clues, solve the puzzles and help James to come out of the castle.
