MyCHOP is a secure system that allows you to access your child’s medical record and health information online and communicate easily with your care providers from your computer, tablet or iPhone. To use MyCHOP, please request an access code from your doctor’s office. Once you have a code, visit mychop.chop.edu to create your account.
