MyWorkouts allows you to manage your trainings and add your exercises.

Thanks to the integrated timer which will automatically be played at the end of a serial you won't forget your pauses!

Thanks to MyWorkouts you can:
- Add trainings
- Choose exercise type (Weight, Sheathing, Distance)
- Launch a training during your session
- Use the auto timer launched at repetitions end
