My Life Check is a health assessment and improvement tool built by the American Heart Association that encourages you to form healthy habits to move toward ideal heart health, lowering your risk for cancer, diabetes, and depression and improving cognitive function.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Take an assessment
Answer a few questions and get your Heart Health Score and recommended focus areas for improvement.

2. Get recommendations
Access your American Heart Association’s recommendations for building heart healthy habits.

3. Track your progress
Keep track of your progress by recording streaks and completing American Heart Association’s recommended health actions.
