Using My Jump Lab is very easy. You don't need any additional accessories, just use your device's camera and sensors to accurately record different aspects of your performance.
You will also find tutorials to help you get the most out of your workouts.

You will use all the tests from the apps mentioned above, greatly simplifying your workflow. With a single user you can access all available tests, without the need to switch from one app to another when you do your tests. In My Jump Lab you have all your equipment, users and apps in the same place!

With My Jump Lab you can measure more than 30 tests including vertical jumps, velocity-based training, sprints, running mechanics, wellness, hamstrings strength or flexibility with accuracy comparable to expensive lab equipment - scientifically proven!


TESTS INCLUDED IN THE APP:

◉ Jumping: CMJ, SJ, CMJ free arms, DJ, optimal Force-Velocity Profile, horizontal jump, leg asymmetry and 15-s repeated jump.

◉ Velocity-based training: real time barbell velocity and 1-RM estimation.

◉ Running and Sprinting: contact/flight times, leg stiffness, leg asymmetry, pronation/supination, contralateral pelvic drop, linear sprint time with splits, ALTIS Kinograms, 5-0-5, 5+5, V-Cut and Illinois COD tests.

◉ Mobility: range of motion for ankle dorsiflexion, neck flexion/extension, hip flexion and internal rotation, shoulder flexion and internal rotation.
