Our company declared as a Nidhi or Mutual Benefit Society under section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013. Nidhi companies have many features which make them stand distinctly apart from many other Non-Banking financial institutions who are working under the guide line of R.B.I. MudraKishan Nidhi Limited has the rules and objectives of that are the same as a bank, but are only for the persons who has agreed or joined this agreement. That’s why we called that MudraKishan Nidhi Limited is not only company of one member but it is company of those who joined and will join with it.
