Rights Explained:
- READ_CONTACTS/WRITE_CONTACTS - ONLY to save or import person data from phone book. Otherwise not used.
- INTERNET - to generate contract, use sync. function and import contracts.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - read wifi status, needed on sync.
- READ_PHONE_STATE - to get device id used in sync.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - to save signatures.
